Step into a day of deep nourishment and reconnection at the Flow, Rest and Restore Day Retreat. We are holding space for this event at Orchard Road Community Centre (large room) in Doreen on the 2nd of August between 10am to 3pm.
This restorative day retreat will be run myself Jess Farrugia from Mindful Essence in collaboration with Nikky (Meankawin) Starr from Humble Me.
The retreat activities will include restorative retreat will gently guide through a soul-soothing blend of vinyasa and yin yoga, breathwork, a deeply immersive sound bath, gratitude journaling, education about nervous system regulation, and a heartfelt closing cacao ceremony. Our retreat intention is “to mindfully move our bodies, rest our minds, restore our energy, and reconnect with ourselves”.
Morning tea and lunch will be provide, you will be required to bring a blanket, pillow and yoga mat and dress in warm, comfortable layers. All other resources will be provided on the day.
Early bird tickets are $95 until 13 July 2025, increasing to $110 from 14 July. Tickets go on sale 14 June 2025. There are only 40 tickets available, so to secure your booking, got to the events tab at mindfulessence.com.au to book. A once of mandatory waiver and medical form will then be emailed to you and this must be completed before attending and participating in the event.
Everyone is welcome—no matter your experience level. Whether you’re new to these practices or a long-time student, this retreat is a space for rest, reflection, and renewal.
